Great Hotel, sports book and casino. Wish Ky would allow tables. Only issue I had was with several cars parking in the Handicap spots. This should be more closely monitored. JJ

The hotel itself was nice enough. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The problem in my eyes, however, was check-in. As I approached the desk (where staff were congregating), two women staff speaking Spanish looked straight at me, at each other, laughed hysterically and ran to the back. Then someone else (Gabe) checked me in and he seemed irritated to be bothering with me. I wouldn’t return to this hotel just because the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was a constant dripping noise in the wall next to our bed. The music from the casino was so loud we could here it on the 5th floor we were staying at. The front desk staff not friendly and gave us next to no info about our stay. We were 3hours past check in time but was asked to havd a seat till he found out if our room was clean. Should Have been done at 3 glad we were behind schedule. We wouldnt stay again the vibe was not a very friendly one.
The Check-in was easy. I felt safe with the key cards for the elevators and the rooms. I was impressed with how clean and new everything was. Even though there was a casino below, I could not hear it and my room was very quiet. In the casino itself, I loved the huge screens at the sports bars and there were adequate food options available.
