Comfy but loud Hotel was beautiful. Some of the staff not so friendly. Person that checked us in was not knowledgeable about the area. Housekeeping was way too loud in the morning before 9am in the hall. Sounded like there was a party going on the the hall. Hotel was great other than that.

Nice place Had good time. Place and accommodation was great. Only thing i would say was a issue was parking. Was Saturday night so probably extra busy. We left for a short bit and when we came back had to park in Indiana. Maybe not that far, but when your 61 it seems further. Told security guard to keep a eye on our money we left a casino.

the room was very large and the design was creative. Everything was new and clean. The only small issue was the temperate was difficult to control in the room and the bed sheets were kind of thin

It’s unusual anymore to have a clean and quality stay at hotels these days. This experience was above and beyond what’s expected in hotel hospitality and cleanliness. The restaurant inside the hotel was top notch. Will definitely be back and will spread the word.

Poor service We asked for a rollaway bed and the front desk clerk said she’d see. We waited over 30 minutes and finally had to call only to find out they didn’t offer them. When we asked why no one let us know she said she got busy
