Everything was handled well and the communication was fantastic. All the numbers basically lined up as I was instructed and it was a great process overall. The only criticism I have through the process was getting phone calls from a variance of numbers. There were two or three different area codes and toll-free numbers that made it hard for me to know when I can answer the phone. Derek is super knowledgable and on top of things. I was nervous about the process and felt supported from beginning to end.
