Derek Jackson was phenomenal to work with. As a first time home buyer he took the time to ensure I was informed and felt comfortable with all the information given. He took time to walk me through every point in a mortgage and closing costs. With my program specifically, he also ran multiple scenarios so I could see exactly if I felt comfortable affording different homes in different areas. Not only all of that, Derek Jackson’s response time was impeccable.
