USA Mortgage took a chance on us for a HomeStyle Renovation loan when others would not. They were very upfront from the beginning and throughout the process everyone involved remained very communicative. What is typically a very stressful process, tuned out to be a very positive experience.

Gordon is attentive, creative, and efficient. He follows through when he says he will, he is patient but knows when to send that reminder. Gordon has found the perfect balance of being effective while not being over-bearing. On top of all of that, he's just a great person.

It wasn't GREAT but it was better than just OK more like pretty good. I appreciate Gordon's patience and that he was able to hire a good assistant like Tasha also he did much to accommodate some one who can be difficult to work with.

Great service. Enough said. If I had to offer one bit of constructive criticism - all the documents and moving parts of getting a loan are complicated. Aside from working with Derek, I had to work with someone else who handled USA mortgage docs, I believe one other person at some point, and also someone else from the title company. The process would be simpler if you had a single POC for your loan who managed all the other people who require information from you.

Derek Jackson and Tasha did everything possible to make this mortgage process as successful and uncomplicated as it can be. Our last mortgage endeavor was 35 years ago and the changes we experienced as borrowers were anticipated by Derek and Tasha and fully explained as we went through the process. They did everything possible to explain to us current requirements, without making us feel inadequately prepared. We can't thank them enough.
