Closing process was terrible. Paperwork was not ready and I had to wait over an hour for the closing paperwork to be prepared. I was also given conflicting information from USA mortgage and title company.

We had two interactions with Gordon during our loan process. The first one was when my wife was not emailed login instructions for the e-signature portal. I replied back to let him know and his immediate response was that we could take my wife off of the loan instead of fixing the problem. Not only was this lazy on his part, but also very disrespectful to someone looking to make a large purchase with his company. The second was just before closing, once again my wife was not on the email.
