The loan personnel knew his job , and exactly what he was doing through the process . He continuously kept me in the loop and updated me as also I updated him on the construction progress which he explained it has nothing to do with him .. however he took the time out to make the necessary communication to get the contractor to what he is suppose to do in a timely manner !!
