Dealing with Derek and his crew was a pleasure. Everyone was super helpful and responsive to my questions. I would get phone calls several times a week to keep me updated. I also received emails documenting my questions. The staff was ALWAYS respectful and courteous.

Derek was fantastic in helping me out from start to finish. I was completely lost in the mortgage process and was very nervous in what I was doing. In the end not only did the loan close I saved money and I got exactly what I wanted, I even saved money which made me happy. Thank you for making my life easy.

Superb service and professionalism. Got our loan processed in 21 days and was able to get the property on time. We started with our loan processing thru another company and was informed that the processing will be at least 2 months minimum hence we transferred and Derek made it all possible in 21 days including holidays for us to acquire our house. We really appreciate what they did for us.

I would absolutely recommend Derek Parent and his team for all mortgage and refinance needs. I have been working with them for years, and they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and have the best interest of their clients at heart. PRMG has always waived my closing costs and appraisal fees as well... you just can't beat that!

Derek Parent did a fantastic job in taking care of my needs in a timety fashion. I would recommend anyone needing any assistance with a mortgage or having any questions on selling or buying a home should contact Derek. If he can't do it, he will have one of his colleagues handle it.
