The staff was so impressive and responsive to all my needs during my loan process. I am very thankful for their professionalism and knowledge of the loan process. Derek worked hard answer our questions and clarify any worries. He gave us a better offer than banks. He was reachable and responded almost immediately. If you are looking to buying a property Derek is the person to contact.

The team did a great job partnering with me to get the loan done. It did not feel like a transaction and I would use them again and highly recommend others use them too. I just wanted to write a little bit about my experience working with Derek and his staff on my home loan. First of all, my loan was not the easiest to put together. My home was rented out and I was working temporarily out of town. His staff showed a lot of patience and were determined to get my loan done. We were 1st time home buyers and we had to fix the credit score, Anne helped me along the way from credit repair to the closing. It was a process but was there the whole way thru, it was indeed very stressful at times but were able to close and get the keys to our home on my birthday could not ask for anything better.
