Derick was AWESOME to work with. From the first day we met with Derick (which was a Saturday!) to the day we closed, Derick was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Any question we had, Derick had the answer or was able to get us the answer. He never made us feel like we had a dumb question or that we couldn't get this done.
