Derick is patient, pleasant and professional. I ask lots of questions and Derick answered quickly or would let me know that he was looking for the right answer, not just a quick one so that the response was accurate and reliable. Our closing was so smooth that my husband said he enjoyed it and wanted to do it again! Derick put together an easy to use color collated folder for our quick reference. He even brought over his own personal ladders for us to use when I needed one!

My application was submitted 45 days prior to closing. The morning of closing I received a call from Julie asking about something on my credit report from 2008. Then I get to the closing and it was held up due to the question on my credit report from 2008. This issue should have been resolved weeks prior to closing, not the day of closing. Also, I think the Mortgage Firm's rates are higher than others, but it was too close to the closing date for me to find another lender when I realized it.
