10/10/2023 I went in for my appointment to Dr Chin since Dr. Emily Badje was sick. All tonleave because I did not know I had a 35.00 co-payment I asked to be billed. Was told by a older lady it couldn't be and i need to pay. So I left all to call back later to reschedule and was told I couldn't because I refused to pay. Which was not the case . Worst medical office I’ve experienced. You can only discuss 1 single issue, anything else regardless of if it takes 2 minutes or 10 requires subsequent appointments. Every single time. No you cannot discuss a weird spot AND issue with acne. Do not expect 1year prescriptions, expect to come in every few months for a refill whatsoever or questions. Very much so pushes appts for the money, there’s no other way around it and it’s extremely disheartening.
Your online payment portal is hard to find on your website. Add the real URL to the bills instead of your home page or add a link that says "Bill Pay" on your site. Additionally, once you find it, it does not work. Tried several cards and each time get an error message. Not a decline, an error. I would email you but you do not have a email contact on you website. Crazy! I guess you will get paid when i am able to remember to call you during business hours.
