NP Vera Smith was excellent!! The wait between calling for an appointment and getting in was 2 days. She biopsied a 'thing' on my skin, being very mindful and understanding of my complete and utter fear of all things needle, knife, and medicine. She took time answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable through the entire process.
