RecommendedNP Vera Smith was excellent!! The wait between calling for an appointment and getting in was 2 days. She biopsied a 'thing' on my skin, being very mindful and understanding of my complete and utter fear of all things needle, knife, and medicine. She took time answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable through the entire process.

The automated "make appointment" on the Dermatology of Central Ohio website does not work very well. Having a "face emergency" on the weekend, I requested an appointment online. It gave the option of seeing 3 providers. I selected the one who had the first appointment -- that was Derek. At the end of my online scheduling, the website said don't show up for the apt until we confirm you. The morning of my "maybe/maybe not" appt, I called the office. We will not go back to see Dr Holsinger. I have seen him for over 15 years. I followed from Newark to Pick offices . The last 2 visits were unacceptable. He was short, unprofessional, and arrogant. The first time, I chalked it up to him having a bad day. Everyone does. Today, we were told that we already had 10 minutes of his time and that was enough.
