The staff was friendly and I was promptly seen at my appointment time. Dr. Cyphers was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing my skin problem and prescribing a remedy which cleared up my issue. This was my second visit to the clinic in the past year and very satisfied with the staff and service.

I was a new patient, with a lot of anxiety going into my appointment, and was made to feel very comfortable. Excellent service from all the staff.
I feel lucky to be a patient of Dr. Elie Levy. He concentrates on my medical issue and is very thorough.
I went in to have a bump removed from my forehead. I was very impressed with the level of service. The front customer service reps were nice and very helpful. Dr. Levy was wonderful. He came in and examined me, know exactly what I had and explained how he could treat me. He explained everything very well, made me feel very comfortable. They scheduled me in, and took care of my situation very professionally. No pain what so ever! The entire staff is wonderful and caring! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Levy!
As usual my experience in the office is exceptional. Heather is professional friendly and technically superb. Kudos!
In general, I was very satisfied with my visits. First, I was examined by Dr. Levy, who found cancerous growths on my check and on my chest. He took biopsies to verify that they were cancerous. He cut out the one on the cheek in the office, and then weeks later, found that this excision worked well, because there was no more trace of it. The staff was very responsive and courteous - as usual. They made a strong effort to establish an appointment that fit my challenging schedule. Mission Accomplished!
