Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Had a nice visit with Dr. Levy. I have a condition on my arms that I thought the Dr. was to further research and get back to me. Previously diagnosed as skin Lupus. I texted a request to the appt. reminder service number. Thanks again, oh and the fish tank needs a clean... I love fish! Marc
Everyone is so welcoming and friendly from the moment that I walk in the door. The total experience is professional and great attention is given to any medical problem that I might be concerned about.
Dr. Johnathan Cyphers is amazing! He’s very personable, has a great manner, explains everything as much as you need, and does not make you feel rushed at all. The receptionists are also great. Super friendly. The only reason I’m taking away a star is for the wait time. My appointment was at 3pm and I got in at 3:48pm
Nurse Sherisse Hill is gifted at Botox injections. She knows where to put them for maximum good outcome. She is also a very kind and caring person and very upbeat. I highly recommend booking Botox with her. The prices were half of what I was paying at a well-known Bellevue doctor's office.
As soon as dr.Elie opened the door he makes you feel welcome and at ease, very professional and excellent attitude, his nurses aides are just as good as Elie and the front office is excellent, l will be a future patient with any more problems with my dermatology issues for the future, I highly recommend this office.
Very quick cursory evaluation
The check in was very efficient for after 5 years since my last visit. Jonathan Cyphers and his assistant did a very good job explaining what my worry warts were really are. They also did a good job on cleaning up the sore that's taking a long time to heal. During the scab and skin removal Jonathan explained ever move he was making even though I couldn't feel anything.
