I was trying to review the one on Hayes Avenue. The couple there, Carrie and Davis were the best. Got lots 9f room and the rates are awesome Got a 10% discount for paying quarterly.

This Derrels is convenient to my home. The unit I rent is a good size and easy to get in and out of. The grounds are clean and well maintained.

Management at this Derrel's Mini Storage is absolutely AMAZING! They are so kind and really look out for their tenants. I have rented here twice and I would choose them over any Derrel's in the future! Absolutely amazing experiences with them!

I absolutley love and will continue to suggest Derrels for your storage needs. Hands down the best facility around. We have rented at a few different Derrels sites and have never been disappointed. The office staff will welcome you with a smile and a kind heart. Every site has always been extremely clean and pest free. Derrels also donated a years worth of storage to a friend of mine who lived in Fresno, Ca and had to quickly move to Memphis, Tennessee for her sons cancer treatment. The sad truth is that the management and the front desk woman are rude and racist. I have been coming here for a long time and have never had a good experience with them. They cut me off anytime I speak the manager walks away when I ask a question and yelled at me. Instead of having a conversation he repeated what he said like a child throwing a fit. I never once raised my voice or said anything bad. I felt attacked because of my clothes and appearance. Horrible establishment.

Definitely not the friendliest staff and the 7pm everyone has to be out thing is very stupid and very bad business it's ok for the office people to leave at 7pm but the gate needs to remain accessible until at least 9 to all who have a unit there. A lot of times I do not get done with work until 6:00-6:30 and that barley gives me any time to get my things in and out. Don't think I would rent here again.
Awful customer service!!!!! Got a call Sunday June 7, at 9:00am that they are raising my rent over $65.00!!! I didn't receive a letter stating they are raising my rent just a phone call at 9:00am on a Sunday!! I will be packing up my storage immediately!!!!
