I went in on Sunday at 6:15 pm, I had just arrived in town after a long drive with trailer in tow. I had talked to somebody on the phone the previous day and they had some lockers available. I was greeted with bad attitudes because I came in late in the day. The man (toothless) said they were at full capacity, then he said they were at 95% capacity. I went to Derrel's to see what they were like because there are so many located all around Fresno. I drove up to the facility and they first thing i saw was a homeless persons grocery cart sitting out front of the facility and his dog was slepping inside it. When I went into the office i had to talk to the staff that was located behind a bullet proof glass.
