Everybody we came in contact with was super niceĀ
It was a very busy morning. My appointment time was 11:40am. The waiting room was full and I did have to wait to be taken back for my blood work. Everyone was curious.Ā
Very polite and very accommodating staff. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with.Ā
This is not my first experience with DR. However the service and the tech was wonderful.Ā
The Cathedral Rock team is awesome! Prompt, professional and efficient, and congenial.Ā
Although the wait was 40 minutes I thought my X-ray was efficiently done.Ā
The imaging experience was good. B U T ā¦Getting through on the phone was IMPOSSIBLE, so I came in person just to make an appointment. I had to wait (again) to sit with an āappointment-makerā and that was an ordeal. It took 30 minutes for her to simply find an opening - I donāt think the woman knew what she was doing.Ā
