From the appointments until I got my procedure done, everyone was accommodating n knew their job. The only issue I have had is first the results were not faxed to my Dr n secondly when he called, he was told, “the radiologist had not read the films”. That is not acceptable. My first procedure was done last month n the second 1 week ago. I know, I can be told we are short staffed. I am in the medical field too n do understand. If in the past I could get my results within a week, what happened now? Covid!!! A lame excuse!!

I got my appointments mixed up that morning & they were very accommodating as I was about 15 min late. I knew I could be rescheduled but the front desk lady was So friendly, helpful & nice. She made me feel welcome and we had a couple laughs
