MRI operator was extremely helpful , empathic and cordial. Made sure my requested earplugs were properly prepared for me. Explained the process to me … he was great! Front desk girl was friendly & helpful. Only negative was making the appointment by phone… can take 15 to 30 minutes on hold and agent was difficult to understand … heavy accent.

caring , competent staff! Very clear instructions by the MRI tech. Easiest prick to start an IV I have EVER had. And amazingly fast turnaround on sending the results to my oncologist. Thank you?

Your staff was pleasant enough, but the hour discrepancy in my appointment time was unacceptable. Furthermore, I asked for “the supervisor” to listen to the recording of the scheduling of my appointment. NO RESPONSE! That was infuriating. I booked 2 days of scans, the first day was negated over a time being wrong by an hour. But during the same phone call day 2 was scheduled correctly. My scans for that day was rescheduled later quite far away at another clinic. NOT ACCEPTABLE. This faux pas lost you a future scan I ... read more
