The techs helped me to feel comfortable. It’s hard for me to breathe when laying down. I was helped when I was struggling to breathe.

Although the wait was long (1hr+/-) the tech who conducted the tests was friendly so professional, and considerate I felt very comfortable.

Results were quick, tech was good. Check in process is totally not private. Everyone can hear other people’s personal business.
The person that checked me in was so positive that I forgot about being nervous for my first MRI. Didn’t catch her name but she had a great attitude. Technican was good too. Let me listen to my music during MRI.
