I arrived at Cathedral Rock for a procedure that I had never heard of. Had no idea what it was. I only waited 10 min and my name was called. Two techs went over the entire procedure with me. A third tech arrived and the event was over in a few short minutes. Im thankful to have such qualified people caring for me.

Hospitality + and very prompt- just had a scheduling delay on a STAT order- told I had to wait for the STAT department to clear it? Delay was 5 days????
