Very good Gabriella desk secretary and scheduler was so helpful and friendly she also assisted me in my MRI appointment and most of all she knows what she’s doing and talking about we need more like her

There was a confusion on the date. Apparently I arrived a day early. I asked if there was a chance that I could be worked in and I was happy to wait. The young lady at the desk made a few phone calls and the technician was happy to accommodate. To my amazement, I was called in moments later and my scan was completed in no time. Thank you for accommodating me.

My only issue the difficulty getting an appointment. I am talking weeks really. After waiting on hold for an hour or more with no response I hang up and try another day. I find the your team to be excellent, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The person controlling the CT scanner was patient make comfortable. I am sorry I do not remember names.

People were friendly and informative. Once I registered (which I had to wait quite awhile) the test was done quickly and efficiently. It’s first come/ first serve for simple X-rays and it was full with people waiting. I’ll try a different location next time.
