Staff GREAT Scheduling appointment very poor Never answered phones to schedule just sent you to hold for ever hung up after 25 minutes Makes do a walk-in which u wait 30 just to have your name called to SCHEDULE appt. Just terrible I felt sorry for the elderly sitting there waiting This state should be way better than that in the year of 2022

I’ve had 3 test back to back recently at 2 different Desert Radiology locations. I am impressed at how efficient they are. I have gone to another diagnostic place so I do have a place to compare it with. DR is larger and have more patients but they’re efficient, timely, clean, and able to answer all my questions.

I was referred to DR by my primary care provider for an UltraSound. Was easy to make an appointment and the service was quick. Very little waiting time at the office. Staff was very personable, very professional and helpful.
