All was great except making appt. Called 3 times; > 30 minute wait and no pick-up. I finally called my dr who called his sales rep. They then called me back. You guys gotta fix you registration system. All else; checking in, the actual CAT scan was great. Staff was efficient yet friendly… all great

The appointment was made 2-3 months in advance. That seems like a long time. Then, I called with my new insurance information two weeks before the appointment but they did not have it. The tech was kind and knowledgeable. I was grateful to have this test.

Staff GREAT Scheduling appointment very poor Never answered phones to schedule just sent you to hold for ever hung up after 25 minutes Makes do a walk-in which u wait 30 just to have your name called to SCHEDULE appt. Just terrible I felt sorry for the elderly sitting there waiting This state should be way better than that in the year of 2022
