So great having a 5pm appointment. Quieter, less people and was seen faster. Front desk, super pleasant and my technician was accommodating as well.

Wait time on the phone to make the appt. Took 45 minutes. Once I arrived at the time I was told (20 minutes before my scheduled appt.) I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Unacceptable. The tech was very good knowledgeable and friendly.
