Hold time for appts is RIDICULOUS. It took 3 calls with hold time of over 45 muns. The girl who scheduled my appt was also awful.

Customer service gave in wrong instructions, told me that I don’t need to make appointments, just walk in. I did and I was told differently. Very disappointing!!!! I showed up at one of the location in Las Vegas, at front desk, she told me that they are full and I have to make appointment 3 months from that day.
