Front desk was helpful and processed me fast. The Tech was so kind and patient. I am a good MRI patient so the visit was as pleasant as it could be. You should get music in your MRI machine. I was fine without it but I can see where it would be helpful. Like to note whatever you did to correct Appointment Desk answering phone more timely is working. TYVM

From the front door to the back door, the staff was so helpful. I appreciate customer service seeing my struggle with my numb hands and helped me Finished up my paperwork and get in the system. I really appreciated that.
