I used Desert Radiology every time the needs arises. Am impressed until this time. Yesterday I received a text message to confirm a CT scan, however received a phone message that Doctor’s clinical notes are required for my insurance approval. I made this CT few weeks ago. Why this insurance issue isn’t resolved earlier. Please help?!
