Love v the techs, short wait time, however upfront girl should have known to ask what my co-pay allowance was and only charged that amount. Instead, card was declined now I have to go i or nline and s, fill out form and submit so I can be reimbursed..just sayin’ Also phone wait times are WAY WAY TOO LONG!!

Ms Allison was very understanding, very accommodating, never in a hurry. What a wonderful experience. ( my wife is a post stroke and lost most of her vision) Ms Allison made sure that she was comfortable.👍👍👍👍👍
