The only bad part was being on hold over an hour trying to schedule an appointment.

Staff shortage or change in procedure has ruined the normally easy experience of making an appointment, terribly frustrating and time consuming. I called as normal to make an appointment and on three consecutive days I was on hold for over 30 minutes, 45 minutes the first time. I finally had to go to the facility to make the appointment. Why have telephone service there if nobody answers? I’m going to check with Steinberg to see if they have the same problem and if not, I’ll be switching.

This is the third time in the last couple months I was called to reschedule the appointment and I asked them to please get me in right away because it was very important. They rescheduled me over to the horizon office which is great with me because it was closer and everything went extremely well people were very nice!
