My experience as all my other experiences has always been amazing! Friendly courteous staff & knowledgeable. Waiting rooms & exam rooms clean & relaxing. I’ve been going here for all my X-rays, mammograms & ultrasounds AND will continue to do so. Definitely 5 stars!

I have been going to DR for over 10 years, and have always had exceptional service. I don’t know what happened in the past yr, but the customer service in regards to the phones is unacceptable. I tried several times to call for appts, and was on hold for almost one hour! I finally drove there to make an appt. Even then, I had to go to a back room and wait for 30 mins till someone called me, just to schedule an appt. Unacceptable. I will go elsewhere in the future unless this changes. Everyone was very helpful and kind! From the greeter( technician) at the front door to the front desk receptionist, the office personnel, the CT scan technicians, to the nurse that gave me my barium for my next scan!
