I had recently fallen and twisted my ankle while on vacation. When I got home I went to instacare and the doctor referred me to DR to get X-rays. I thought it would be a long wait since there were other people waiting, but they fit me in rather quickly. Everything went smoothly.

From front desk to technicians , they are a joy to interact with. They’re professional but personable at the same tie. Your waiting area outside is colorful and comfortable.

Lady at the front desk tried to have me sign a paper stating I had received a copy of the privacy policy. I refused to sign because I hadn't received the copy. Staff in the back were great. Now the next day I am being texted to fill out a survey, I never agreed to be sent text only phone calls. Seems to be a biased survey as well. Not impressed!
