Although I had to hold on to the phone for about an hour, the person who eventually answered the call was most pleasant and very quietly professional. She made me forget about the long wait time.

I was a walk-in it took me very little time to get into have my neck x-rayed the front end staff to the technician giving me the X-ray everybody was polite and courteous and very professional

Customer service is not like it used to be, you are very lucky if you get good service anywhere. When I walked into DR office I hit the jackpot. From the ladies at the front desk to John the technician I had five star service. The hour Drive that I had to take to get to Pahrump it was worth it for the service I got thank you DR. P Victorino
