I have ultra sound and CT SCAN. The lady who did my ULTRA SOUND WAS VERY KIND,VERY PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Her name was CASSANDRA. She even let me use bath room during my ultra sound as I have enlarged Prostate. This is the first time I got 100% satisfied. I hope your all staff will be like her. The lady who did CT SCAN was ok. No complaint but really no comparison with CASSANDRA ultra sound Technition. I have so many times but she is the one took care much more than other technicians.

Please train your bone density tech to introduce herself. Explain what she’s going to do and not just push and pull stuff tin and out from underneath the patient without any word. Maybe she should sleep enough so she’s not yawning constantly. Say “excuse me” at least. Oh well… maybe she was just having a bad day. I was there for routine tests. I hope they don’t treat cancer patients the way they treated me.

I thought the staff was professional and explained each step. My technician was very gentle and let me know each step she was taking rather a bit of pressure applied or whatever the action she took.
