The actual appointment always goes smoothly. It’s the horrendous wait times to make the appointment that could use a change. Also, I recently had the need to cancel an appointment because as I was en route to it a family member passed away suddenly. Perhaps a different means of being able to get in touch in such cases quickly would avoid people being told - “you should have called earlier to cancel” - how in hell could I have anticipated that?Â
