It was a remarkable experience having had a horrific experience at Pueblo Imaging!! They were kind, patient and understanding. The process can be terrifying for many of us who are claustrophobic. DR did everything to get me through comfortably, playing my favorite band (Pearl Jam) on the headphones, giving me an audible countdown and completing the scan 25 minutes less than Pueblo Imaging. I would highly recommend Desert Radiology to anyone that need some testing here in the Las Vegas or surrounding areas! I just had another test CT and Ultrasound at different sites to accommodate my schedule. The 2811 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy and the S. Rainbow sites are great. I've been to Desert Radiology-South Rainbow in the past and each time I visit I'm always treated with respect, kindness, and the Dr's and Technicians are always helpful and understanding, they make sure that you are very comfortable and relaxed when taking your XRAYS or MRI test. The facility is always neat and clean and the receptionist at the windows when you're checking in are nice, helpful, understanding, and kind. I have been using DR for years. Staff is always friendly and professional. Getting an appointment is easy as they have several locations. I recommend them, hands down.
This was my first time at this location… I was so shocked though… from the time to check in… to when you sit with the rep to go over your insurance and sign your paperwork… till you get called in the back for your scheduled appointment… it was such a quick process… my wait time wasn’t that long at all… and the staff was very helpful and friendly at each department… no one was rude or disrespectful or even obnoxious at all… they didn’t make you feel like they wanted you to hurry up and get out of here… which at some places up... read more
