The scheduling department is terrible. They don’t speak English well or understand simple English medical terms like ‘sedation’.

I got there at 10:10 am for an appt. time at 10:30 am. My test needed me to have a full bladder and drink 30-48 oz. of water prior to the appt. I was going to burst and I got walked back about 10:43 am. I drank about 40 oz. The tech who did my ultrasound said my bladder was way too full even though I only drank what was advised. I was extremely uncomfortable. I think when there are patients who have those types of requirements for testing they should be a priority to get the test complete and get back in the testing room on ... read more
