On April 7 I was scheduled for CT thorax with contrast. So very bad they can’t get my IV line . I knew my veins are ok but didn’t understand why they didn’t get it . I was already in the ct table lying down when she started IV insertion - failed so another staff tried but failed too. It’s not the proper way cause my right hand is hanging when he inserted the needle. So , failed again! Supposed to be a patient is sitting well comfortably upon doing the insertion . My ultrasound tech was thorough but the tone and way I was being questioned left me with a feeling of disrespect. This is the second experience I’ve had, the first with my Mammogram tech. I notice distinctly because when I have gone to a smaller competitor the treatment has been respectful and kind. I give it four stars because I could tell he was being thorough in the examination. I understand his initial frustration was vague orders from the doctors office.
