Front desk staff are not knowledgable to health insurance? I have 2 health insurance; from Medicare and my Employer Retirement in San Diego. She also said Doctor's does not know, after I said this is my Doctor's referral to come to DRadiology.
I was able to make an appointment the same day I called which is unheard of these days. I showed up, filled out 4 forms, I paid my co-pay, and they called me back and did a bunch of chest CTs and I was out in 16 minutes. Everyone was super friendly. I can’t remember any medical service being so quick and friendly in Las Vegas. Was really impressed
