Very little wait time. The tech explained everything before n checked on me during. I felt very comfortable n stayed relaxed for a procedure that took 45 mins.

The receptionist and the technician is very courteous and respectful. Although, it is inconvenient to locate my authorization through requesting it from my primary care doctor. They went out of their way to call and make sure I have my authorization otherwise I wouldn’t be able to make it to my appointment on time. It was a hassle because I understand calling the dr office can be time consuming on their behalf… Thank you
