The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful
Both tech and dr very professional and caring. Need to say DR inefficient with the referral process. When order was first given by my dr’s office it was not the correct procedure so when I called to make appt the scheduler called my providers office to correct that matter. When I came to check in I did wait awhile and the reason was they had to once again call my providers office to correct the same mistake about the procedure, at check in it should not have been an issue.
It was very smooth checking in. The person that was at the front desk was so kind. The person that did my ultrasound was amazing
Staffs are all friendly and nice.
Good except I had to drive across town to get my Disc very inconvenient,
At DR Wynn Road location, staff on duty (04/24) were very welcoming. US technician was very professional and compassionate. Hope the rest of the crew deliver the same ethics. Have an amazing day!
Was promptly seen for scheduled tests. The person performing the test was polite and did her best to finish the test as quickly as possible, it is painful to lie flat and she was cognizant of my pain
Very courteous and efficient . Love the Wynn location.
The technician was excellent , knowledgeable and made me fell very comfortable.
