Waited 2 hours for an X-ray and another 2 hours to be read while at Wynn Urgent Care! Staff completely ignored me while waiting in a wheel chair and then said I wasn’t in the system because of paperwork which I submitted. Then was told under new management and they are still learning the system all while in a transport chair in excruciating pain! Totally unacceptable!
Do awful on communication

Attempts to schedule were horrific! On hold multiple times and hung up. Once it was finally scheduled it went well

Your x-ray tech = Joe was very compassionate & patient with my elderly mother. His level of care reassured an elderly 90 year woman at a time of great fear for her. Joe’s humanistic nature and technical skill made the process so much better for my mom.
