I had the worse experience with their front line office people. Particularly, one who was around the corner acting like a SS Officer. My dgtr asked I bring my 4 year old grandson there as she was in the ER. I had written permission apparently, new patient paperwork wasn’t there. 1) dgtr had husband who was out of town fax those papers to office 2) Gestapo agent said it was not legible 3) dgtr from ER again contacts father in CO to refax 4) waiting 5) dgtr sends me photo shots I ask to hook to their printer 6) told NO!!!!... read more

Susie we apologize but we have to follow office guidelines and HIPPA rules that we are bound to, especially with new patients. It was unfortunate that the correct paperwork and release was not received. Your frustration was obvious to our front desk staff and unfortunately we wish you well as we cannot tolerate that type of behavior in our office. Hope you find a Pediatric office that is a better fit for you and we wish you nothing but the best!
RecommendedI recommend some of the drs here. We love Chantelle, she is amazing!!! This past week we say Kelly. I wouldn’t recommend her. This isn’t the first time I’ve had her but as soon as we walked in I recognized her and knew she wouldn’t end up giving my daughter antibiotics. We saw her on Friday and went to urgent care this morning so my daughter could finally get antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. So joy oh joy thanks for wasting my money. I’ve had my kids files notes and we will not see her again.

Antibiotics aren't typically prescribed for an upper respiratory infection as this is usually a viral process. Urgent care centers do tend to over-prescribe but is not always the best medical practice. My son had a 101 fever and I called to schedule an appointment at the Chandler location. To what the receptionist responded that they would not be able to see my child because my account was blocked because we didn't pay a $10 insurance deductible on our last visit a few months back. I was speechless that someone would refuse to assist a sick child because of a $10 deductible was not paid that could have been paid at the time of that visit.
