The nurses and aides always come in and check in on my mom. The food is cold when it comes to her room and she complains about. The communication is very good.
So far, everything has been good. My loved one did say that the meals could use more seasoning.
Housekeeping and the dietary people are very nice and lovely people. My husband didn't care for the meals that he got.
Overall, it was good. The aides and nurses were really nice. My loved one said the meals were okay.
It's very hard to get a callback or get in contact with anyone initially.
My mother is very happy there. They are getting her walking without a cane or walker! The nurses are really great with my mom and she has no complaints. They are very friendly and helpful. It is clean and the floors shine and her bed is made. I recommended to another family member. I get updated every day.
Willow Springs is one of the better places I have visited. I usually go up to the desk to ask about my aunt.
Our stay was good.
Everyone has been so great. When she does not want what is being served they have been very good about substituting. I would recommend the facility. This is not the first time we have used Willow Springs. The communication is where we have issues at times. We play phone tag and I am unavailable during the day. They are good about leaving messages and we eventually get in touch.
