The staff is very caring and attentive. They are always in contact with the family and I am appreciative of the updates, as I need them. They are very cordial.
My loved one likes most of the staff but she has had some complaints. They need more CNAs.
Most of the people are good and the therapists are excellent. The rehab was really good and they helped my loved one out. She was one was in pain for three or four days and the nursing staff did not give her anything for her pain at first. The food and coffee are not good.
You have to keep on top of the staff. You have to be an advocate for your patient that is there.
They're very caring, very friendly, and have made my mother feel extremely comfortable, which is what my mother needed.
It was very comfortable and I felt it was a great choice.
The overall experience has been good.
I would highly recommend them. They cleaned my wife and got her comfortable. She had a good night's sleep and I would take my wife there again without hesitation.
Willow Springs has been great! The staff has been very friendly, the supervisors included. The Director of Nursing has been very helpful.
