It went very well, from the beginning estimate to the installation. We worked with Terry in sales and she was very accommodating in giving us a generic quote before we picked out the carpeting. She quoted a mid-grade of carpeting originally, in order to give us a dollar figure. When we went in to actually pick out carpeting (pattern, material and color) she showed us everything in the quoted price range. This is for my son's home and he ended up picking out a slightly more expensive carpeting than originally quoted which raised the price slightly, but this was strictly his choice and definitely NOT a bait and switch operation! We set a date for installation but then as other construction finished early, we moved everything up one week and they were able to accommodate us. The installation was flawless. The team moved all of the furniture from downstairs into the kitchen and hall way. They moved all of the 2 bedroom and office furniture into the master bedroom. They dis-assembled everything incredibly well and then put it all back together again. They did an awesome job and finished the entire thing in about 7 hours. They took all of the old stuff with them which was a big deal as other providers had indicated they would leave it at the curb-not something we wanted to deal with. When they left, everything was back in place, carpeting had all been vacuumed and it looked terrific. They asked permission to unplug everything in the entertainment unit, which had to be done in order to move it out of the family room. I don't know what they would have done if I'd said no, but I'm sure they would have coped! Then when they moved it back, they asked if I wanted them to re-hook everything back up but I told them it wasn't necessary, that my son would take care of it. It is a complicated mess of wires so I didn't want them to be bothered with it. Imagine my son's surprise when he got home and began to plug everything back in to find that they had used pieces of tape to mark every wire! Don't know if that's standard procedure but it was very much appreciated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
