Collin Hamman at DeSitter Flooring was great to work with - he’s a good combo of being easygoing and knowledgeable. DeSitter has a wonderful selection of ALL types of flooring and ordered exactly the carpet and color we wanted. Their price was fair and discounted for a check. The installation guys showed up early and were extremely efficient and did an outstanding job !
I wish I could have had a better consult with color choices but the salesperson did an overall great job and was very kind and curtious. She went above and beyond with her time and customer service. The installers were very efficient and professional. The men did a great job and are very hard workers.
Carpet arrived first thing in the morning, furniture moved safely for installation. A bedroom and a set of stairs were carpeted. Both are well done. Our salesperson, Aleksandra, was helpful and made the whole process easy. Pricing was fair.
DeSitter has incredible customer service. We really appreciated their expert advice in choosing our carpet and the time they spent with us. The installation was good. My only reason for 4/5 stars is the clean up was slopping and disappointing. We had to vacuum up A LOT of fibers in corners and adjacent rooms...like an hour of clean up for our family. There was also orange carpet glue (?) sprayed on several areas that will require additional clean-up/fixing on our part. Aside from that last step and how the install team left ... read more
I had requested a specific pad underneath a custom cut rug and what arrived was not what I had requested. As a result, I had to have my custom made closet doors cut to be able to clear the added bulk of the pad that was sent. I have called the store and so far, no response. I have used DeSitter in the past and had great service, but not this time. I’m disappointed.
