Reasonably priced, excellent work and cleanup (for sanding and staining antique 100 year old wood floor work, cleanup was outstanding). Allan was very trustworthy, talked me out of unnecessary extras that I pushed for. Work was perfect and done right the first time. Highly recommend - we are extremely satisfied.
